What is the process of making a website ?

First of all it is important to target your needs and what information you want to include. You have surely already ideas about the style and the colours. Sometimes the customers are not sure, but don’t worry, in that case I can guide you. If you don’t have any photos, I will help you with that, too.

You will get an estimate for the project and in some cases a prototype before starting.

The next step is to create a model of the site – a beta version. It is published at a temporary host and only you will have access to this site. You can follow the work progress and continuously give feedback and comments. The creative process is done together with you. It is very interesting to follow the creation of your own site!

When everything is entirely finished, the site is published to a hosting company of your choice, and you can start giving the address to all your contacts!

Naturally your website will be compatible to the most common browsers on the market and the pages are optimized for all major search engines. When the site is finished you will get a back-up CD.

How much does it cost ?

That depends on the complexity of your site, of the number of pages and images. A very simple presentation site with up to three pages costs approximately €300. You can start with a simple solution and develop it later. Contact me for a quote!

And the updates ?

It is important to keep your website updated.

Once the site is created the updates are made quickly. I also offer a maintenance service for quick and cost effective updates.

It is also possible to integrate a CMS system if you prefer to edit the site yourself.

I don't live in France...

No problems, the advantage with the internet is that everything can be done by telephone and email. The physical distance is less important as you can follow the creative process on-line.
